Amazing cocktails, probably the best we've had in this city. The bartender is an artist with our drinks as you can see from the pictures. Very cozy, intimate spot which you can easily miss on Richmond but so glad we found our way our way here. Our waiter Sina was amazing and super friendly. We even got a picture with him because he was a nice and personable guy. The restroom wallpapers are funny and the entire place has quirky wallpaper. We got patata brava for snacking. It was great but a little under seasoned. Overall, we will return for the great cocktails and our friend Sina.

I have been to Watson’s twice and both the times have been amazing! Our hosts were Colin and Sina and both of them are friendly and attentive. The service was great. The drinks are exceptional, we tried The forbidden lady which is one of their most selling cocktails and it’s yum, Been there done that is slightly on the sweeter done, the Soho garden has a slight flavour of guava juice. Manhattan to Birmingham is a classic whiskey cocktail, I loved it. These would be my top favourites! Also, the vibe is 🔥

Watson’s is a chill, somewhat upscale bar that’s perfect for a laid-back evening. The interior is dark yet very pretty, creating a nice atmosphere for hanging out. The service was super nice; they were really helpful when it came to picking out drinks, which were all yummy, though I'll admit the service was a bit slow. The grilled cheese was incredible—cheesy with perfectly toasty bread, and the caramelized onions added just the right touch of sweetness 👌. We also had some popcorn that was sprinkled with Parmesan bits, and it was quite good. Overall, Watson’s is a great find for a cocktail bar that serves good drinks and yummy snacks.

Stas at Watson Toronto delivered one of the best bar experiences I’ve had anywhere. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcome and immediately understood what we were looking for in a drink. Her cocktail knowledge is exceptional—she guided us through the menu with thoughtful recommendations and created drinks that were both creative and perfectly executed. Beyond her skill, it’s her presence that stands out: calm under pressure, attentive without hovering, and genuinely kind. Every glass, garnish, and interaction showed how much pride she takes in her craft. Stas embodies what great hospitality should feel like—authentic, knowledgeable, and memorable. Watson Toronto is lucky to have her.

Watson’s definitely the place to be for some unique bites, well crafted cocktails and a good vibe. If you’re in the city alone, it’s a great bar to stop by; 100% you won’t feel alone with the amazing staffs and bartenders- everyone is welcoming and friendly. If you’re looking to book a corporate event, this is also the place. Definitely look into adding the Fried Chicken Sliders to the package! They are absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to visit again.

One of my favorite bars, have been there so many times. The food is amazing, the octopus is a must, all the cocktails are great. I like the atmosphere there, it’s not a big bar, it makes it more cozy.

Enjoyed 4 cocktails: - honeycomb (with cocoa velvet on the glass): my favourite cocktail in Toronto at the moment, oh my god the texture on your lips is so nice. Tastes great, sweet and well balanced. Give me 14 more - test drive (pink drink with foam): smells so fruity, delicious - Soho Garden (mango passionfruit in black glass): tart, tropical, with fun crunchy pearls - Epsom's finest: tastes like celery/pickley, refreshing like a crisp salad as a cocktail Lovely ambiance! I'm surprised this place wasn't more busy on a Friday. They have a happy hour on classic cocktails even on a Friday (6-8?).

My friends and I stopped by on a Friday night and Stas took care of us and she was amazing! The service was quick and the drinks were great! She made a lot of really good recommendations: the “She’s Smoking” was really good.

Went here for drinks with friends and excitedly found out they had buck-a-shuck at certain times. The service was great. The server/bartender (I didn’t get his name) was very helpful and friendly. Drinks are a bit pricey but I guess that’s expected with cocktail bars like this.

Stumbled into this lovely bar on a late wednesday evening as our last stop for the night. This place was so awesome. At first, we were the only ones in the restaurant but then several more tables began to appear. It is a dark, candle-lit area with comfortable seating options and fantastic cocktails. We ordered some of the appetizer bites, also and they were fantastic. That bread and butter combo was some of the best I’ve ever had. The potato chips were perfect. They do specials each day of the week, as well. Highly recommend!
